1. Product Introduction:
A window screen(also known asinsect screen, bug screen, fly screen,wire mesh) is designed to cover the opening of awindow. It is usually a mesh made of metal wire, fiberglass,placstic or other synthetic fiber and stretched in a frame of wood or metal. It serves to keep leaves, debris, insects, birds, and other animals from entering a building or a screened structure such as a porch, without blocking fresh air-flow.

3. Characteristics:
1. Provides protection against home invasions and break-ins.

4. Process:
1.Wire drawing: selected international standard stainless steel wire, it has advantages of acid and alkali resistant, anti-corrosion, anti-aging, Non-magnetic, long service life,etc.
2.Wire testing: controlled strictly, no soft and hard wire, thick and thin wire, ensure the smooth and material of single wire.
3.Wire collating: prepare before weaving
4.Weaving: We use heavy CNC netting machine to ensure the net is flat weaving, uniform and flawless.
5.Leveling and cutting: the net is flat, easily installed.
6.Pre-treatment and electrostatic powder coating.
